Dear Gideon, I'm really getting worried. It's unlike you to not write to me for a long time. I was thinking and I wanted to make sure you knew how to get in touch with me if this blog ever went down for some reason. I can't really think of anything I would have said that would be offensive, but just in case, I apologize. I'll be better, I think to just presume that you are busy with school and music and all sharpening all you other many talents.
Anyway, College life is really good. School here is really awesome, it's not like any other "Christian" thing I've ever experienced. I mean, people here really want to please God, and the unusual thing is that the majority of students here really have a heart for God and His Word. It's really cool to see other people struggle with stuff you've had questions about all your life.
One of the things people say though, is that it is easy to become a comfortable christian, meaning that it's easy to be learning so much about God in Bible classes and being required to come to chapel, it's easy to subsitute that with solitute with God. At least that is what everyone says. So far, I've been doing really well and every day, I've taken time out for Him (or almost every day), but, in having said that, I don't want to just read the Bible for the sake of reading the Bible. So pray for me that I would not come to a stand still in my relationship with Him. I would suppose that school is coming to a close for you. OHHH!! I almost forgot to tell you!! I got your CD!!! I finally got it Mon is the mail. It sounds SOOOO good! You are reall becoming quite a talented musician!!!! Would you mind translating it for me, though? For as much as I love it, I'm sure that I would love it MORE, it I knew what you were saying. But, even if I never know, I will still listen to it allllllll the time because it is awesome!!! I hope all the other songs you've been working on are going as equally well as that one and I hope to hear from you soon.
